Morning Practice
Open to all levels.
This session is an invitation to explore the anatomy of movement and elemental influences which effect our physicality and dynamics in the way we move.
This is an expressive restorative practice that builds awareness of our unique personal expression by working somatically from the inside out and connecting with our natural movement language.
This movement practice is influenced by improvisation, experiential anatomy, Chi Gong and Franklin Method and 35 years of performing as an aerialist, dancer and performer in circus, street=theatre and cabaret.
