Assistant Producer, Artist Development (Maternity Cover) +

We are looking for an excellent Assistant Producer, with a proven ability to work with artists, partner organisations, communities, volunteers and people of all ages.

Do you have good communication and people skills, fantastic organisational skills and attention to detail, experience in the arts or dance and working with professional artists, and managing complex layers of activity at the same time? Are you committed to equal opportunities? Do you have a passion for the arts? Are you a team player, able to work independently as part of a dynamic fast paced organisation? If so, you could be the Assistant Producer we are looking for. 

This is a fixed term (9 months, with the possibility to extend to 12 months), part time position (three days a week) with a salary of £18,500 – £20,000 pro rata.
