Latin Cardio
Please note there will be no class on Wed 24 April.
A fun and exhilarating cardio dance class blending salsa, bachata, merengue, and samba moves. Be ready to swing those hips and sweat! No dance experience is required.
Please wear comfortable clothing, and being barefoot is recommended. Classes are facilitated by choreographer and dance teacher Anna Des Clayes.
