Professional development bursary available for Doing Dramaturgy
Lou Cope, our former Dramaturg in Residence and Founder of the Centre of Applied Dramaturgy (CoAD), has launched a brand new online professional development opportunity, Doing Dramaturgy. We’re supporting Lou to offer one of five available half price bursary places to an artist who may not otherwise be able to take part.
Led over Zoom, Doing Dramaturgy is designed to support artists, choreographers and dramaturgs who want to refresh their practice, get feedback on their approach to making work, and develop their relationship with dramaturgs and dramaturgical thinking.
Lou Cope is an internationally renowned dramaturg with more than 20 years experience of working with world class choreographers and theatre makers, including Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, Garry Stewart, Birmingham Royal Ballet and many more.
Applications to Doing Dramaturgy should be submitted by 9am on Monday 22 November 2021. To find out more about the course and to apply for a bursary visit the CoAD website here.
