WomanEwer Company Class

Led by Laura Kenyon, this class seamlessly blends elements of contemporary dance, floor work, acrobatics and yoga creating a vibrant space for exploration and growth. We’ll work on enhancing movement range, coordination, flexibility, and strength while playfully challenging the transitions in and out of the floor. Prepare to step out of your comfort zone, embrace creativity, and move to an energetic percussive playlist.
