Come join Mike’s commercial dance class for a fun and energetic experience! Through this class you will work on your technique and precision, while also improving your stamina, agility and coordination. But, most importantly, you’ll get to have a great time and vibe with others in a supportive and fun-orientated environment.

The class will start with a warm-up to get your body ready to go for the routine, we will then listen to the track we’re dancing to and then walk through the choreography step by step, allowing time for everyone to feel comfortable. We will then perform all together and in groups, showcasing our individual style and energy through the routine, supporting each other throughout. This class is perfect for those who love to move, express themselves through dance and are looking to live out their music video fantasy. So whether you’re looking to improve your dance skills, make friends or just have a great workout, come along!

This class is suitable for all levels, but some dance experience is recommended.
