Barre Beautiful
Barre is a hugely popular, full-body workout, which fuses the precision of Pilates, with the alignment of Yoga and the grace and technique of Ballet.
Georgina is a Barre Instructor for The Barre Concept Method®. This is the leading 60-minute workout, set to high energy music, that will reward you with a long, lean, toned physique. Using small, ballet-inspired movements, this class will tone your thighs, lift your bottom, sculpt your arms and flatten your abs- all while having fun!
We start with a warm-up, then move to the ballet barre for the main portion of the class. This is where we focus on sculpting the thighs, toning the arms and creating that perky bottom. We then move down to the mat for Pilates-based floor work, which tones our abs and strengthens our core. We finish every class with a gentle stretch to elongate the muscles.
The class is suitable for everybody, and no previous dance experience is required. It’s a Beginner-Open Level class where everybody is welcome, in a non-intimidating environment. Georgina will make you feel at home and relaxed, where her emphasis is on enjoying the movement, just as much as the end result!
Pre-booking only. Spaces in the class can be booked up until the class start time. Please bring your own yoga mat.
