Discover how to correctly and safely develop your flexibility and technique for your front and middle splits and shoulder and back mobility; improving your backbends, arabesques, turnout, hip mobility, and leg flexibility, in these low-impact and effective classes. If you’re a beginner, they will allow you to learn every skill and technique correctly from the moment you start, and if you are an intermediate or advanced dancer, they will allow you to refine and strengthen your technique and mobility further.
