After 10 years with Hofesh he moved into film and Tv work as a physical performer. More recently Philip has placed more focus on acting and theatrical work and is where his performative passion now mainly exists. He continues to dance and move professionally as well as teach improvisation and somatic practices. Breathwork is a key to higher movement qualities in the classes he facilitates.

Class description
The class will all be improvised using imagery and breath to connect deeply with the body. Expect to be challenged with focus, movement and body awareness as well as deepening your mind/body connection. The aim is to release toxic or trapped emotion in the body and allow the mind a space to let go of stress. Sweat, challenge and fun connected with music will be focal points throughout the class. He will guide throughs warm up and various qualitative explorations leading into an opportunity for a short “jam” with others in the space towards the end of class.
