Flexer & Sandiland: Intergenerational Class

Led by Flexer & Sandiland Artistic Director Yael Flexer, these intergenerational classes are open to adults of any age without or with dance experience, and are made to suit those aged 50+

Sessions are designed to:

  • develop awareness of our anatomy
  • develop connection to our bodies and each other through use of imagery and playful exploration
  • build confidence and social connection
  • develop technical and creative skills

Classes will lead you through gentle movement improvisations and simple exercises that are accessible to all.

Please wear comfortable clothing and we recommend you work on bare feet or if needed with socks.
