5Rhythms® Wave

New class - Tuesdays 9.15am!

5Rhythms® is a dynamic physical movement meditation practice created by Gabrielle Roth.

It is a practice of being in your body, that ignites creativity, connection, and community. 5Rhythms® Wave comprises Flowing (the body, power of being) Staccato (the heart, power of loving) Chaos (the mind, power of knowing) Lyrical (the soul, power of seeing) and Stillness (the spirit, power of healing.)

5Rhythms® is a freestyle practice - there is no choreography to learn, no steps to follow and no way to do it wrong. The only requirement is a body that is still breathing, a heart that is still beating, and a mind that is still curious! Dance your own way and at your own pace.

No previous experience is required, anyone – of any age, size, or physical ability – can practise.

Thousands of people all over the world practice 5Rhythms® to come back to the creative, instinctive, healing intelligence of their being.
