COVID-19 Safety

The safety of our staff and our visitors to The Dance Space is of utmost importance to us at South East Dance. While Covid-19 continues to affect many in our community we want to ensure that we do everything we can to protect ourselves and others. Therefore, as we begin to welcome in visitors to the space, we are continuing to take precautions to minimise the spread of Covid-19.

These include providing hand sanitisers and disposable masks in our reception area, and encouraging adults who feel able to do so to wear these when inside the building, including when taking part in classes, events and performances.

We also carry out extensive cleaning in all studios and hireable meeting room spaces after each use. And as regards ventilation, it’s useful to know that our air conditioning system at The Dance Space draws in air from outside the building rather than recirculating it.

We will be reviewing this approach regularly, taking into account the local and national situation, as well as responding to feedback from you, our community. We want The Dance Space to welcome every body so please do let us know how we’re doing.
