Yael Flexer's Pro Class - Improvisation & Release: Embodying Image
8 & 15 September
Yael teaches a dynamic release-based class. Focusing on skeletal connections and imagery to find ease and flow of movement through the body, classes begin with exploratory improvisation work alone or with a partner and move on to formal exercises. Exercises build towards driving movement sequences. Emphasis is placed on functionality, use of weight, gravity, momentum, and inversion.
