Charlotte Hannah's Pro Class - Floor Work Flow
8, 15, 22 & 29 September
Charlotte’s class dives into contemporary floorwork, combining fluidity, strength and dynamic energy with acrobatic skills and inversions. Dancers will explore how to use different surfaces of the body to shift weight, generate momentum and move effortlessly in and out of the floor.
The class begins with a focused warm-up, breaking down technical principles, core activation and pathways into the floor. Dancers will then develop individual skills before building them into floor work phrases.
Expect to shift, roll, invert, slide and play, developing both technical skill and a good boogie!
