Class description

Release / Unleash

In this physically challenging contemporary class, there will be a strong focus on dynamics, explosiveness and musicality. Through improvisation, we will encourage playfulness, imagination and movement potential. The class includes exercises that allow grounding and connecting with our core to find ease and silence before the explosion. Rose will offer tools to move with more agility, efficiency and fluidity (inspired by martial arts and flying low) whilst breaking habits, opening space to surprises and increasing awareness.
