Therapy Space
Use our Resting Pod space to hold your therapy sessions
On the third floor mezzanine of our fully accessible building, the Resting Pod is a cosy, welcoming room, perfect for meeting with clients for talking therapies.
Hire of the space comes with use of a kitchen and wheelchair accessible toilet and shower.
The Dance Space is a warm and friendly creative environment, located on Circus Street in central Brighton & Hove. We are a 15 minute walk from Brighton Station, a 15 minute walk from Brighton seafront, and a 5 minute walk from the city’s vibrant hub of independent shops, cafes and bars in the North Laine.
Available sessions
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
Morning: 8.30am – 12.30pm
Afternoon: 1pm – 5pm
Evening: 5.30pm – 9pm
Rates
Introductory offer of £10ph until end July 2025, increasing to £12ph from August 2025 onwards (please note availability is very limited in August due to venue closure).
