Nine-week course in Shibashi (18-move) Taichi Qigong
This course will teach the wonderful 18-move taichi qigong form. It is suitable for absolute beginners as well as more advanced practitioners. Please wear loose comfortable clothes and soft flat-soled shoes (no heel). You will need to be able to stand comfortably for an hour.
