Ballet-inspired stretch and strength open-level classes designed to improve flexibility, mobility, posture, and overall body awareness. These low-impact, expertly guided sessions combine classical conditioning with a range of targeted stretching techniques to help you move with greater ease, control, and confidence.
Classes alternate weekly between two focused sessions:
Hips & Hamstrings with Front Splits — releasing tightness and building flexibility through the lower body
Backbends: Strength, Stretch & Support — developing mobility, support and openness through the spine and shoulders
