Length & Release: Hips + Hamstrings
Stretch your hamstrings in the most effective way. A focused flexibility class targeting the hips and hamstrings through a range of mobility drills and deep stretching techniques. You’ll learn to create space, release tightness, and build balanced flexibility for a more open, refreshed body this new year.
Full Body Ballet Stretch
A full-body stretch session using ballet-inspired movement to lengthen the muscles, open the inner hips and shoulders, and release tension through the spine. Expect gentle mobility work paired with deep, active stretching to improve alignment, posture, and overall ease in your body.
