Shared artist studio space

At just £5 for three hours, our shared artist studio space offers an affordable opportunity for artists to develop their practice, rehearse or train.

Ideal for dance makers and practicing artists, this shared space invites you to be mindful of others’ needs - and open to the possibility of a positive collision of practices.

We’re keen to develop more shared studio opportunities for under-represented groups of artists. If you have suggestions for a focused shared-space, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Info

Spaces available on Fridays, 1–4pm (Please note that the 24 April slot is 2-5pm)

Shared studio space is now in its second phase – and we’d love your feedback. Don’t hesitate to get in touch and share your thoughts.

This is as much a space for working alone as it is for small groups or those looking to collaborate.

We offer three bookable places per session.

There’s no maximum group size per booking (for example, a duet or trio can book one place) – we trust artists to be considerate of others and keep group sizes small.

Please keep conversation to a considerate level so that everyone can focus on moving, making, and their practice.

You’re welcome to bring ear pods or headphones if using music, though a sound system is available if needed or appropriate.
