Rise & Shine: Dementia and Parkinson's friendly dance

Are you, or do you know someone, living with Parkinson’s or Dementia? Dance can support brain health and cognitive function as well as offering a great opportunity to stay connected with others.

Come and dance with us at Rise & Shine at The Dance Space, our fun and friendly class for anyone over the age of 50 led by award-winning dance and health specialist Dr Rosaria Gracia.

Rise & Shine takes place fortnightly and costs £3* including free tea and biscuits. Carers and supporters come free of charge.

This is a fun class with brilliant music from across the world with a focus on supporting participants to build strength, physical confidence and prevent falls. We’d love to see you there.

Thanks to Ernest Kleinwort Charitable Trust and The Pebble Trust for their support in making Rise & Shine happen.
