Laura Careless
Tuesday 7 July
This one-off session will be a mini artistic retreat where dancers can reset their nervous systems and reconnect with their curiosity and passion for movement.
We'll toggle between guided improvisation, simple set exercises, and reflective moments, and end with a period of deep rest.
Each step along the way will come with various options so dancers have the opportunity to tailor the class to their current energy level and activities, creating a structure to engage with what truly interests you and to move at whatever pace brings you joy.
