Ellyn Hebron
Tuesday 21, 28 April
Ellyn’s dynamic contemporary classes focus on technical clarity and embodied movement principles. Rooted in Cunningham technique, her teaching integrates elements of release technique and floor work to develop efficiency, coordination and functional movement patterns.
Faye's professional training class draws from her backgrounds combining contemporary dance with underground club dance styles. The class involves a mixture of guided improvisation, centre work exercises and travelling phrases both standing and floorwork, and finishing the class with a phrase that combines the movement elements explored.
The aim of the class in to work on strength, coordination, dynamics and creativity whilst getting a taste of club dance influences.
