Pro Class with Ella Watson-Heath and Ashleigh Veitch
Ella and Ash co-lead this contemporary technique class for professional dancers, drawing on the release-based practices they’ve each studied and bringing them into one shared space.
You will begin with a gentle somatic warm-up to arrive in the body, tune into breath and release unnecessary tension. From there, the class builds into extended exercises that travel in and out of the floor, letting momentum, gravity and the spine guide you from one level to the next.
