The Practice of Play

Join me for an hour of physical play, improvisation and creative mischief.

An invitation to embrace uncertainty and reconnect with play as a serious, and joyful, artistic practice.

Through movement, physical theatre games, improvisation and clown-inspired exercises, we’ll give ourselves permission to play with imagination, awkwardness, failure and the unexpected.

There’s no pressure to be funny, perform or get things “right”. Just bring yourself, your curiosity and a willingness to play.

A space for dancers, artists and makers from all creative disciplines, and anyone curious about what play might bring to their creative practice, everyday life or simply their Monday evening! 

Stay afterwards to reflect, chat and connect over tea or coffee.
