New Note Dance

New Note Dance supports people affected by challenging life issues like trauma, isolation and addiction.

The facilitator, Lauren Dowse, will be using the Tamalpa Life/Art Process® to explore techniques that engage the body, focus the mind and open the imagination.

Each session will explore the powerful principles and themes of recovery using Movement, Art, Creative Writing and Improvisation.

We offer a safe and welcoming space to connect to your creativity.

This is a subsidised class so pay what you can afford. We would appreciate a donation of £5-£10 for each session.

Please note that this is not a drop-in class.
