Sessions are designed to:

Classes will lead you through gentle movement improvisations and simple exercises that are and made to suit those aged 50+ accessible to all.

Join our growing and lovely community, connect, move, dance, and laugh with us every Wednesday evening and/or Friday morning.

Please wear comfortable clothing and we recommend you work on bare feet or if needed with socks.
