We are co-hosting this twilight session, which will involve a mix of practical tasks and discussion topics, supporting you to develop your skills in inclusive dance practice. It is open to dance artists, teachers and professionals wishing to ensure inclusive approaches in your work.

The focus of the session will be around how we can make small adjustments to our methods across our work/ teaching to enable and include everyone. We will look at this in the context of both taught and creative dance.
The topics covered include addressing considerations regarding the physical space, language around inclusion and dealing with challenging behaviour. We deliver all professional development sessions with a bespoke approach involving sharing of good practice within a group. We encourage you to come armed with questions to gain the most from the session. The CPD will be delivered by The Artistic Director(s) of Parable Dance.

To find out about their experience in the inclusive dance sector please see their biographies here.
