Apply now for our Kaleidoscope bursary
Apply by Friday 12 December, 9am for one of six paid bursaries to attend Stopgap's Kaleidoscope, an interactive online workshop series for embedding creative access in dance.
We've teamed up with Pavilion Dance South West and DanceEast to offer six paid bursaries for practicing dance artists/choreographers, to take part in Stopgap’s Kaleidoscope programme, a series on online workshops supporting dance artists to embed access into the work. .
This open call is for six dance artists at any stage of their career, two in each region (South East, South West & East) who are currently making work - either just starting out with an idea or mid-process.
The bursaries cover the cost of the entire online Kaleidoscope programme, which runs across four weeks in January 2026, with seven online evening workshops 6–7:30pm on Zoom. Four of the sessions are led by Stopgap and three by guest experts. Sessions are relaxed and combine knowledge-sharing, discussion and interactive tasks. They can be booked either as a full course or individually.
To ensure flexibility, all sessions will be recorded and available for six months.
