Massage Therapy at The Dance Space
Professional dancer turned massage therapist Lyra Treglown is taking up residency in our Resting Pod at The Dance Space on Tuesdays and Fridays from 15 September, 2025.
To celebrate joining us at The Dance Space, Lyra is offering the first three bookers a 15% discount.
Lyra offers Sports Massage, Holistic Massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage for professional dance artists and others.
Lyra says: "I discovered the importance of recovery and self care throughout my dance training and career.
