Studio Hires Rate Card

We operate a sliding scale pricing structure. For information on these rates, please see below:

Standard Rate: Commercial organisations, including schools and universities who wish to hire space for, e.g. workshops, rehearsals, commercial filming or photography, team building events, meetings, conferences and awaydays

Charity Rate: Charities and artists in receipt of public or private funding via project or other grants, that wish to hire space for regular classes, workshops, rehearsals, meetings, conferences and awaydays. By way of supporting our community of teachers, we offer the charity rate to teachers who hire the studios to run classes at The Dance Space.

Independent Artist Rate (non-funded): We have a limited amount of space to offer at a reduced rate to non-funded independent artists (currently not in receipt of any public or private funding). This space is available for rehearsal, research and development purposes only (class hire is not available at this rate, please refer to the charity rate above).

All rates inclusive of VAT.

Daily rates based on an 8h hire period.

Studios are available for hire Monday to Saturday, 8am-9pm. To hire space outside of these hours please contact studios@southeastdance.org.uk to discuss.
