Office Space

We have a cosy and comfortable room for hire at The Dance Space for use as an office space. 

On the third-floor mezzanine of our accessible building, this room has in the past been laid out as an informal meeting room (pictured) but it can be offered unfurnished as an office. 

The space comes with use of a kitchen and wheelchair accessible toilet and shower and is suitable for up to three people when configured as an office.

The Dance Space is a warm and friendly creative environment, located on Circus Street in central Brighton & Hove. We are a 15 minute walk from Brighton Station, a 15 minute walk from Brighton seafront, and a five minute walk from the city’s vibrant hub of independent shops, cafes and bars in the North Laine.

The rental cost is £4,500 per year, plus VAT and service charge

The room is available from 1 April 2026.
