The Boardroom – for up to 16 people – is available to hire Monday to Saturday, 9am – 6pm from an hour to a full day, to multiple day block booking, with a range of prices including discounted rates for charities and not for profits. Take a look at our competitive delegate rates.

Our venue exudes personality, whilst offering all the professional convenience that will make your meetings flow smoothly. If you want a fresh, professional, and welcoming space, our meeting room is right for you: whether you’re a UX/design team looking for a creative get-together; university staff wanting more from your meeting spaces; or a business leadership team looking for a venue that delivers.

You also have the option of using another spacious area in the building, The Village Green, as a breakout space to eat lunch or have a coffee break.

All of our studio spaces are available to hire and can provide additional meeting space for groups of varying sizes.
