Let’s Dance Crawley featuring the U.Dance South East Regional Platform 2025

Apply to be part of this exciting event, celebrating the variety and diversity of youth dance from across the south east region.

Event: Let’s Dance Crawley featuring the U.Dance South East Regional Platform 2025
Date: Tuesday 11 March 2025 
Time: Afternoon – U.Dance Regional groups’ technical rehearsals and workshops.  
7pm - Platform showcasing U.Dance Regional dance pieces and Let’s Dance Crawley groups. 
Where: The Hawth Crawley

Deadline for applications: 12noon, Friday 22 November 2024

We welcome applications from groups in the south east region with dancers aged 11-19 years, and up to 25 for dancers with disabilities and long-term health conditions; including those that are run by schools, those that are based in the community, those who work with dancers who identify as D/disabled and D/deaf, those from private dance school settings and those working independently.

We encourage groups who create dance pieces in all genres, such as commercial/street dance styles, ballet, South Asian dance, contemporary dance, dance of the African Diaspora, jazz dance, folk dance, you name it: the U.Dance South East Regional Platform is for everyone!
 

PLEASE NOTE: For groups selected for the U.Dance South East Regional Platform 2025

All groups from out-of-school settings MUST obtain a performance licence for each student of compulsory school age. In addition, they must have the required ratio of up to date local authority licensed chaperones to number of children. 

School groups with students of compulsory education age will be required to provide details for a BOPA.
