Mid-Career Dance Artists' Meet-Up

Are you a mid-career dance or movement artist looking for connection, community and opportunities to move with others?

Brighton-based dance artists Vicky Malin and Stuart Waters first connected through a masterclass collaboration in 2025. In 2026, they began developing a welcoming space where artists could meet, connect and move together.

These free meet-ups offer a relaxed, lightly held structure, with fun, connection and sustainable community-building at their heart. There is no pressure to perform, produce or arrive with an idea - just come as you are and spend time with other artists.

This meet-up is for you if you:

• Have worked in the dance or movement sector for around ten years or more; and identify as a disabled artist.
• Or have an established inclusive dance practice.

Come along, connect and move with us. The sessions will be light-touch, friendly and shaped by the people in the room.
