Congratulations to our 2025 RAPPORT artist
Oxford-based dance artist Thomas Page will be travelling to Sydney, Australia, for a three-week residency with Dance Makers Collective.
As part of our charitable aim of supporting a healthy and diverse dance sector, we want to encourage a flow of culture, ideas and practice between UK and international dance artists and institutions.
Thanks to the generous support of The Leche Trust and The Garrick Charitable Trust, we established RAPPORT in 2022 to help realise this vision by creating an international exchange programme for dance artists.
As part of our RAPPORT programme for 2025, Thomas Page will be travelling to Dance Makers Collective in Sydney in June 2025.
Thomas says: "I am so excited to be heading to Sydney and am very much looking forward to connecting with the vibrant dance scene there! I can't wait to get in the studio with a whole new group of dancers to share my practice, learn from local artists, and immerse myself in all the wonderful things Sydney has to offer. I'm very grateful to South East Dance and Dance Makers Collective for this opportunity."
The RAPPRT programme is made possible through partnerships with international dance organisations, including Australia’s only collective-led dance company Dance Makers Collective, Sydney; ARTEFICI: ResidenzeCreative, Gorizia Italy, and Festival Quartiers Danses, Montreal, Canada.
