Heading Down Under with RAPPORT

Jennifer Irons is packing her bags ready to head off Down Under to take part in our RAPPORT international artist residency programme. Jennifer will travel to Sydney, Australia, to take up a three-week residency with our partners Dance Makers Collective (DMC) from 27 February –17 March 2023.

Jennifer Irons, our first RAPPORT artist.

Jennifer is an award-winning choreographer creating large-scale mass movement for international outdoor festivals, working across commercial music videos, film and tv and making dynamic new work for theatre.

Jennifer says: "I am absolutely jazzed to be the first artist selected for the Rapport Program 2022. It has come at the perfect time and is a real boost coming out of the tumult of the past few years.

"I am so looking forward to connecting with the artists and communities across Sydney and to have the space, time and resources to dive into the development of my new project, Bad Immigrant

"Huge thank you to South East Dance and Dance Makers Collective for their support in creating and providing this incredible opportunity."
