HATCH: our first scratch night

We’re inviting applications from South East based dance artists to take part in HATCH, our very first scratch night, taking place on the evening of Saturday 27 July, 2024 at The Dance Space.

Jamie Watton Creation Space at The Dance Space

HATCH is an opportunity for dance artists at any stage of their career to test early ideas for performance work with a live audience; and for audiences to experience an insight into the process of making new performance work.

Each artist will have around 20 minutes to share their work-in-progress idea, followed by time for audience feedback.

HATCH is free for artists to take part in and we’re looking for applications for our first event by Monday 10 June, here
