We are offering an award to the most surprising dance performance in the Brighton Fringe 2024 programme.

There's no need to apply for this award, as our award committee - made up of South East Dance producers, artists and members of our Steering Group - will come and see all of the dance, circus & physical theatre based shows across the festival that meet the criteria to make their decision.

The winner of the South East Dance Most Surprising Dance Performance award will receive 20 hours of free studio space at The Dance Space, a mentoring/advice session with the South East Dance producing team, and a bottle of bubbly.
