Stretch & Strength Flexibility
Join our open-level, 1-hour flexibility studio classes that are suitable for complete beginners through to professional-level dancers. Move through a specialised flow of key ballet-technique conditioning exercises in combination with deep stretching, unlocking your full flexibility potential. Learn to tone, sculpt and lengthen your body like a dancer in a friendly and non-judgemental environment. You'll discover how to correctly and safely develop your flexibility, working towards your front and middle splits (yes you can do it!), and improve the height of your leg extensions, turnout, and full-body mobility in these low-impact and effective classes.
Movement By Gwendolen classes guide you to make sure you’re achieving all your goals. If you’re a beginner, they will allow you to learn every skill & technique correctly from the moment you start, and if you are an intermediate or advanced dancer, they will give you the opportunity to refine & strengthen your technique and mobility further.
