A specialised combination of ballet conditioning exercises with deep, active stretching techniques to tone, sculpt and lengthen your body in a friendly and non-judgemental environment.
You'll discover how to correctly and safely develop your flexibility and technique for your front and middle splits and backbends (yes you can do it!), and improve the height of your arabesque, leg extensions and turnout, in these low-impact and effective classes. If you’re a beginner, they will allow you to learn every skill & technique correctly from the moment you start, and if you are an intermediate or advanced dancer, they will allow you to refine & strengthen your technique and mobility further
