Qigong For The Five Zang

Integrating body, breath, and mind, this one-day workshop will focus on practices to strengthen and harmonise the five principal organs of Chinese medicine (the five zang) - the kidneys, lungs, stomach/spleen, liver, and heart.

While familiarity with acupuncture channels and organ functions is helpful, it is not required - everything will be clearly explained and demonstrated.

The five movements we will learn draw on the ancient Baduanjin (eight silken movements) and Five Animal forms, and together offer a rich and transformative life-enhancing practice.

This workshop is suitable for beginners and experienced qigong practitioners alike, though a reasonable level of fitness is required. All attendees will get free access to a comprehensive and detailed online video course to continue their practice after the workshop.
