Morning Pilates for Dancers
As part of Our City Dances join a flowing Pilates mat work class led by South East Dance team member, Sarah Kearney. Sarah's experience as a former contemporary dance teacher of over 10 years influences her approach to exploring movement and body connections. Pilates is a holistic exercise system with a mind-body approach designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the body to balance.
