Please note there will be no class on Tuesday 13 February
This class incorporates elements of improvisation, release technique and floorwork to find fluidity and ease in the way we move, whilst also gaining strength and power. The aim of this class is to find freedom in the flow of movement, whilst establishing instinctive spatial awareness and natural grounding.
Expect a mix of centre work, floor work, crossings and phrases, with a relaxed approach and good tunes.
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to admit to class those who arrive 15 minutes (or more) late, as we need to ensure adequate warm-up time to prevent injury.
This class is presented by South East Dance. Discounts are available for Welcome Card holders. Find out more about the Welcome Card here.
