Gravity yoga is a targeted mobility training that involves long hold stretches, working on flexibility, mobility and strength. Poses are practised on the mat in a completely relaxed and passive manner, letting gravity do most of the work - hence the name!
The classes are suitable for people of all ages and abilities and are great for improving your flexibility and mobility, regardless of how old you are.
Although you are more than welcome to bring your own, yoga mats, blocks, and belts will be provided.
