Flourish bursaries 2024

Thanks to support from The Arts Society and generous contributions to The Jamie Watton Flourish Fund, we’re inviting applications for financial bursaries from South East based dance artists, through our Flourish programme.

Turtledove by Amy Morvell, previous recipient of a Flourish bursary.

Flourish has been developed in recognition that it’s more challenging than ever for artists to find the resources they need to support their creative development.

This year, we’re offering a minimum of eight bursaries of up to £300, plus an artist support session with a member of the South East Dance producing team.

Flourish isn’t a commissioning programme, so we’re not looking for applications towards creating new work. But we do want to hear from you if you need some financial support towards a professional development opportunity. In previous years, we’ve supported artists to develop professional showreels; to take part in training courses and to pay for mentoring.

The application process is simple, quick and easy and the deadline for applications is Monday 18 March, 9am. Please apply here

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with Programme Producer (artist support): Linzi.Whitton@southeastdance.org.uk
