South East Dance have an exciting new participation project for people of any age based in or near Brighton & Hove to get involved in workshops and a performance.
Join us for movement and story-telling workshops for father figures & their sons and daughters.
Take part in workshops led by professional dance artists. Explore what it means to be a Dad and what it means to be a daughter or son. Workshops culminate in the chance to create and perform in a professional show at Attenborough Centre for the Creative Arts.

Dad Dancing is a project by Rosie Heafford, Alexandrina Hemsley and Helena Webb and their dads Adrian, David and Andy. Dad Dancing is co-produced by Second Hand Dance and Battersea Arts Centre.
There will be a performance of Dad Dancing at The Attenborough Centre for the Creative Arts on Friday 27 October with regular Sunday workshops in September/October in the lead up to the show.
The Brighton project is co-programmed by South East Dance and Attenborough Centre for the Creative Arts.
